I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, based in Cardiff. I offer both physiotherapy appointments and physiotherapist-led Pilates classes.

ABOUT ME
I graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2001, and started my physiotherapy career at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board shortly afterwards. I gained experience both on the wards and in outpatients, before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. In 2014, I became a Rheumatology Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist and have extensive experience in treating a broad spectrum of complex patients.
In 2019, I decided to add Pilates Instructor to my CV, having already used Pilates for many years in my physiotherapy practice. I completed my APPI Pilates Instructor training and launched my Pure Pilates classes shortly afterwards. When we were hit with the global pandemic, I adapted the classes to be provided online. I am now providing several face to face Pilates classes each week, and have a large back catalogue of online video classes.
After over twenty years working in the NHS, I felt I was ready for a change and set up my own private physiotherapy business in July 2022. I provide high quality physiotherapy, one to one Pilates sessions, and can also come to your home if preferred.
